The process of cleaning the air conditioner is mainly to clean the internal and external parts of the air conditioner, such as fan blades, condensers, radiators, dust screens, etc., to remove accumulated dust, dirt, bacteria and other harmful substances. At the same time, it is also necessary to check whether the various functions of the air conditioner are operating normally, such as replenishing refrigerant, checking the drain pipe, etc., to ensure the performance and safety of the air conditioner.

Central air conditioner cleaning process

  1. Check the condition of the air conditioner: Before cleaning, use testing tools to check whether the air conditioner is operating normally and evaluate the new and old condition of the equipment to determine whether cleaning is required.

  2. Protect the surrounding environment: Before cleaning, ensure that the areas that will have the opportunity to come into contact are protected from contamination or damage.

  3. turn off the power andRemove the power cord: Turn off the power of the air conditionerRemove the power cord, and then remove the dust filter and case.

  4. Loosen cords: Loosen central air conditioner cords for easy cleaning.

  5. Move to the cleaning position: Remove the air conditioner and place it in the cleaning position for cleaning, so as to achieve the best cleaning effect.

  6. Clean the cooling fins, fan blades and chassis: seal the motor with a tool, and use a special cleaner for air conditioners made in Japan with a Worx high-pressure water gun to clean the cooling fins, fan blades (pig cages) and chassis.

  7. Clean the drainpipe: Use a Worx water suction machine to suction and drain the drainpipe to prevent the throat from clogging.

  8. Test operation: reinstall all the cleaned parts, turn on the air conditioner to ensure that there is no problem with the cooling of the central air conditioner, and the released airfresh and natural.

  9. Clean up the site: After testing is complete, restore the site for the client and ensure the area of work is cleaned.
